Cardiff People First

Cardiff People First is run by people with a learning disability.
We speak up for ourselves. We stand up for our rights. We campaign to change attitudes, to get better services, to enjoy more opportunities.
All our frontline staff have a learning disability.

Cardiff University – Community Gateway

Cardiff University's Community Gateway is committed to building a long-term partnership with residents to make Grangetown an even better place to live and work. We do this by facilitating co-produced projects which respond to local needs and mutually benefit the community and University through the development of research, teaching and volunteering opportunities.

Ebenezer Church

A community-focused long-standing local church in Grangetown delivering:
* Coffee morning for older people every Wednesday at 10.15am
* Ladies-only English class for ladies seeking to learn English - every Thursday at 1pm (term time only)
* FAN (Friends and Neighbours) meeting every Friday at 11am
* Bright Stars Children's Club every Fridat at 6.15pm (term-time only) - aimed at school years 1-6

FAN Groups

FAN group weekly meetings are a great opportunity for local people and newcomers to the area to meet each other – and if you are learning English, FAN can be a great way to improve your skills!

Grange Pavilion Project

Our aim is to create a vibrant, friendly community facility at the heart of Grangetown, where people of all backgrounds can connect and are made welcome.

Grangetown Hub

The Hub brings together the work of the Council and other agencies under one roof, allowing customers to use our services more quickly and conveniently than ever before.

Run Grangetown

Run Grangetown is a fun and friendly local social running group that meets every Tuesday. Sessions are led by qualified Run Leaders and are open to runners of all abilities.

The Parishes of Grangetown, St Paul with St Dyfrig and St Samson

The parish churches of St Paul, Paget Street, and St Dyfrig and St Samson, Pentre Gardens, have been serving the Grangetown community for over 125 years and we hope to continue to do so for the next 125 years and beyond! We are at the heart of Grangetown with Grangetown at heart.

Wellbeing 4U

Wellbeing 4U is a community wellbeing service provided by United Welsh's Thrive team on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.
